Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate forward-thinking Physiotherapist who excels at assessing patient’s strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. Responsibilities
- Meet with new patients and devise detailed treatment and care plan
- Communicate and coordinate with patients physician to ensure a consistent level of care
- Visit patients in their homes and at other facilities as needed
- Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective combinations of treatment
- Evaluate and report on patients progress
- Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries
- Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations
Qualifications and Skills
- 3-5 years of professional physiotherapy experience
- Valid provincial physiotherapist license
- Registered with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA)
- Excellent work ethics and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- CPR and First Aid Certification required
